Exercise can be done virtually anywhere. Men and women often complain that they just do not have the time to get to a health club, but this is an excuse that holds no weight. Many exercises can be achieved in the home and there are even some that you can do in the car or at your workplace. If you’re looking for an excuse to not exercise, you’ll certainly find it–but it is to your own detriment.
